Your Day-to-Day Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for a diverse patient group. Lead preventative health initiatives and education programs to support long-term community wellbeing. Prescribe medications, request and interpret diagnostics, and manage care plans independently. Work closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, high-quality care. Offer leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the nursing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For AHPRA-endorsed Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience. Skilled in primary healthcare, chronic disease management, and preventative health. Culturally aware and able to build trusted relationships with Aboriginal communities. A true team player with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
